Last Day in the Cotswolds

My last day in the Cotswolds began with a beautiful sunrise over the rooftops of Stow-on-the-Wold. My weather app promised a sunny day, so after my hearty English breakfast


I set out on the bus to Bourton-on-the-Water. It's a charming village built around quaint canals, attracting ducks and tourists alike. It also has a model village of the entire town center, set in a tiny outdoor park. Completed in 1940, this 1/9th scale replica is amazingly precise.


I spent a relaxing few hours enjoying the village, ending with a late lunch at a bakery and café. Below are photos of the actual town, and the model village.
